Bow before the power of the nucleus
Matching the might of Vesuvius
Bombardment of neutrons, fission induced
Potential energy profuse
Over the sea, across borders they barge
Atmospheric nuclear discharge.

Racing to match the opposing threat
Engulfing the world in terror and dread
The future of Earth is unsound
And the fate of man is on crumbling ground.

We wander alone, we're struggling to survive
Cancerous deformities will end our lives
Exposed to toxic dust and contaminated water
The aftermath of a global slaughter.

The chronology of the cosmos will run its course
Despite our pride and our everlasting wars
Our cities will collapse and they'll be grinded into dust
Betraying the insignificance of our existence.

We roam the fields of ashes and snow
Ceaseless fields where nothing will grow
Radioactive decay emitting ionising rays
Penetrating our organs and numbering our days.
