Cold Viscera

Drifting through the sky
Holding onto the night
With these dreams, I enter anew
Realm which can be alight
Honor and pride that which fuels the fire
Born into this sacrifice
Fodder for war, blood of kings and fathers
Of the holy orthodoxy
Shine, Bring forth your light
Given unto the night
With thine eyes, watch it unfold
Looming towards the afterlife
Corruption of mans weakened souls
Stumbling in foolish naivety
Devoured by his own lust
Sworn to a life of depravity
Heaven above hath these things foretold
Majesty to thee ascribe
Heaven above watch these things unfold
I will put these nations to the sword
Divine! Blessed with inordinate glory
Bespoke sword of justice and will
Given now, unto me with thy trust
Enlisted to bring forth redemption
Within waves of sorrow
Bloodied blades will clash, decrying with fear
The light shall be blinding
And the heavens shall pronounce
With glorious sounds
Heaven above hath these things foretold
