Suffer this burden, wear me to the bone, no place to call my home
In the blackness of this bottomless pit, i feel released of worthlessness
I feel released of worthlessness.

Birds of prey, burn in flames, the shadow of death calls out my name
I feel a chill put me to sleep, but there’s a light inside of me
But there’s a light inside of me.

Lay me down upon the pyre, set alight my funeral fire, when the phoenix comes to perch
Bear witness to my eternal rebirth...and equal parts earth, a goddess of light come forth.

Suffer this burden, wear me to the bone no place to call my home
My witchy skin, worn pale and thin, pulls me towards the earth again
Upon my spells and rituals, i cast away this animus.
