Kallar på Muspels söner
Kommer till kamp på Vigrid slätt
Då hjälper inga böner
Från syd kommer kaos.

Makter av eld här stormar fram
Nu skola världen brinna
Jättarna dräper guden Frej då
Kommer ödets timma
Frukta Muspelheim!
