Painted Shadows

I'm counting the hours and watching the days passing by
Still praying for night to cover my eyes from this light
These bitter tears, spawns of daylight, fracture the scenes before my eyes
I'm hiding from dawn so I could see the road, the road to the land where I'm free.

Their crimson shine is lifting shadows off a dream
