You say that you encompass my doom
You try to infect my heart with fear
A slow knife piercing the shield
A potent poison coating the tip.

What wicked webs that you weave
Crooked serpentine constructs
Trapping thoughts and minds alike
Blinded by vacuous promises.

A distinct lack of clarity
Listen to your better nature
We are here to dispel the clouds
To tear down the veil.

Within the realm of common sense
All your petty tricks are meaningless
You exert to hide that place
Cover it with lies, deceit and despair.

The only way you find comfort
Is a constant state of war
War against the rest of the world
A strategy doomed to fail.

Your paths are fixed in stone
Obscure and archaic
Remnants of a past long gone
Covered by the sands of time.

Transcend your lack of clarity
