A girl is walking down the street
She clearly resembles a three of hearts
The lines of the seven of clubs
Represented in all works of arts
Spider on the wall
Like an ace of spades.

I remember her empty eyes
Stared at me and the life left it
I took a load that was not my size
I dug myself a pit.

A ghost appeared in the night
She told me the secret I wanted
I never lose in the cards
I was obsessed and daunted.

One bet in one day
I looked into her face
But wasn't prepared to pay.

Picking an ace, waiting for my fate
But the table smiles at me
The Queen
