Traitor

An oath written down by the gods, a deal made under the night sky
Two were given a task to bring balance to a fragile realm
Entrusted with the shrine, only two can use, its omnipotent, powers
So not a single being, is too powerful, is too powerful
Slowly, one is, overrun by the other, oath, broken, promise, shattered.

Corruption has, taken, over, the violent, the violent traitor
The ability to destroy, create, and rule, over all of midgard
Has fallen into the hands of one, a mighty battle was fought
Centuries passed, bloodshed continues, over the power of the gods
Entrusted to those of, the thirteen isles
Slowly, one is, overrun by the other, oath, broken, promise, shattered.

Corruption has, taken, over, the violent, the violent traitor
Finally, the creatures, of the the, dark realms, have been vanquished
And the corrupted traitor sent to oblivion.
