Turn Of Autumn

Dance the sails, for me they turn merge the sky. the hand of autumn
Turn the circles, idyllic in splendour deny the heart, you now caress
Dear lord, why have you abandoned us is this our own fate?
Dear god, why do you not hear us our words carry such weight
So bitter are the days, that we should live to see
Hands to tend the bloom, yet autumn bares no seed
Fair foul the reign of god, his march of tyranny
So in our words, we ask forgiveness we bow our heads, to the grave.

We wake to find, there are no answers tomorrow knows the traits of yesterday
And do we squander, in our manner does our world, writhe within
Do our fingers, tear the fabric of the heavens, that we stilled by sin
