Asylum Ignorantiae

The fears, arrive, in febrile winters nights
With grace, they nail and make our faith
Create, enslave and claim shapes, for distant shades
Hear the cries, inside, as thunder breaks the sky
The dreams arise and feed with signs
As the rain we extol, destroys our world
So cure the wounds, with fragments of the moon
Calm the seas with crimson winds
Enthralled spirits obeying prophecies
Now we try, to fill, (that) empty space within
With misty sons of older gods
As it was praise the sun, in times of yore.

Timor omnes fecit deos
Timor omnes fecit.... reductio ad ignorantiam!

Another process soils my heart
The nature's expressions blind our sight
Unknown sources became divine
In darkest times
The pagan gods we build today are broken idols born again
Patriarchal figures in the
Silent sky.

Withered hopes, awakening thoughts
Dispell the fog (of the gods)
Archaic desires
Pathetic prayers.
