The Eternal Quest

A crimson dawn lights the sea a gleaming red
We know the time has come, prepare for the voyage ahead
Say goodbye to your home and farewell to your friends
Fetch your sword, fetch your pistol, there's a bloodlust to be quenched.

Across the seas we will sail to lands afar
Chests of untold legend await beneath the stars
The ocean calls out to us, will you answer and be sworn
With cannonfire and cold-hard steel, we muster and to war!

The shore fades in the distance, the winds begin to blow
How long will we journey for, we may never know
Will fame and legendary tales follow in our wake
Or will we perish at the noose, a risk we dare to take.

The seas are cold and treacherous with danger always near
But adventure's what we hunger for, we meet it with no fear
We know not what we search for but we sail forever on
And we know there is no turning back, until our quest is done.

Forever and ever onwards, our journey will never end
