Over the waves, across the seas, I sail forever on
The frozen waves beneath me, my homeland is now gone
I reach the shore to where it's best, and climb down from my ship
I face the land before me, as the northern winds whip
To foreign lands I have come, to seek my fortune and fame
Now I'm here, no turning back through the way I came
The frozen snow beneath my feet, a darkened sky above
I hope to return once again with the ones I love.

I walk along the frozen shore

I left behind my wasted life
No more troubled by daily strife
This path I've taken all alone
Ventured into the vast unknown.

From the trees I hear a moan
As I wait in darkness all alone
I see a flash of sharpened steel
A mortal foe, my sword I wield
I block his blow and counter back

As he dies, eyes glowing with hate he says
“Go back now, before it's too late”
Puzzled, I stare as he drifts into death
Trying to figure out what he had meant
As I look ahead, I see
A thousand eyes staring at me.
