Between the oaks a lovely girl
Dancing on the moss covered ground
Dancing ‘round
Why she's here she doesn't know
She followed whispering sounds
She could hear
No fear.

A melody held her tight
Pulled her to a hidden site
Of the forest where
The oaks the evil stroke.

The threat is near
Sensation of fear comes over her
Wind of stir
She feels the glances in her back
Pale light turns to black.

She takes her last breath

The ghost of trees cold as ice
Demand her as their sacrifice
Her feet detained by their roots
First heard whisper now is mute.

Blood soaked soil opens up
The smell of mold coming up

Embraced by branches caught by roots
The ghosts of trees try to resume
They pull her body down the hole
Try take her golden soul.

She leaves her hull and spreads her wings.
