This darkness insanity
Always pacing towards the end
Approaching the sear
Sordidly burning the endings of nerves
Unconscious divine
The arrival of fates' grim, churning of dread
The ending of bliss
Emotions were blackened amidst the most trying of times.

Alone in the dark I sit with my fingers clawing, digging into my head
Left with the memories that have haunted me now for a thousand nights
Lashing of failures – a surging, contagious, anxious, beaten aura of loss
All wonderment gone, nothing left of the spirit to die.

All blackness sustained
Martyrdom in the mirrors reflection of loss
So empty this shell
This mortal coil in the last flickering arc.

Black is the stone that casts the darkest shadow
Black is this day for another to wait.

The blackness sustains in this hollow as all thoughts converge
A Parasitical threat, breeding unrest
To get in line for the purge.

Unequivocal mind
Body in wait for the atrocity.
