Fading through mist shrouded memories
Towards the blackness that lurks between worlds
Shadow clad memories of sorrow, hanging over me
Tendrils clawing at my mind, ensnaring all being
Hear begins the darkness, and here it will end me.

Frozen images on my consciousness
Memories of days long past, misery within
Still, cold and dead, the human soul
